The situation

Centro Mauna is a non-profit association set in the woods of the Romagna hills, in Civitella di Romagna. A stone and timber building, with a course room and a dining room, hosting retreats, seminars, awakening intensives and holistic activities. When we started working together in 2019, the centre had no website and no coordinated digital infrastructure. It needed a space that could present the place and, at the same time, support the life of the association: events, bookings, members and communication.

The approach

We built everything from scratch on WordPress, from the first site in 2019 to today’s. The site presents the spaces through original photographs, gathers the events calendar with online booking and payment, lets people become members through online membership, and hosts the centre’s fundraising. Around the site we built the rest: the CRM where contacts come together, the newsletters and their design, landing pages for events and campaigns, advertising on Facebook and Instagram. And we look after it over time, technical side included.

The result

From a starting point with no website came an ecosystem that connects the centre’s presentation, event promotion, bookings, payments, membership, the CRM and communication. Today it makes it possible to run the centre and its communication with a database of more than 4,000 contacts.

A site that isn’t just a shop window, but becomes the operational heart of an association.

Centro Mauna was founded by Harihar, whom we’ve been working with since 2012: his project is in our portfolio too.
