The situation
Rirri has been teaching yoga, breathwork and somatic movement for years. She was the first Italian to be certified in the SAH Method — a practice that works on processing trauma through ecstatic dance, breathing and meditation. Her work had grown; her website hadn’t. It was built on a self-service platform, with the limits that brings: little control, no personality, a structure that conveyed neither the depth of her work nor the range of what she offers.

The approach
We rebuilt everything from scratch on WordPress, but the starting point wasn’t the CMS — it was a conversation. Who you are, what you offer, how you work, who is looking for you. From there we designed the architecture: not a brochure site but a working ecosystem that includes course sales, an online booking system with the option to pay for a session in advance, the newsletter and a consistent social presence. Every visual and structural choice came out of that dialogue, not out of a template.

The result
Today Rirri has a digital space that works with her, not against her. Courses are bought directly on the site, sessions are booked and paid for online with no back-and-forth messages, and her Instagram has a recognisable visual identity. The site isn’t just beautiful — it works. Above all, it tells people who don’t know Rirri yet who she is, as clearly as you’d discover it sitting in one of her classes.
